JINM SCOPE OF HISTAF SYSTEM

The JINM Scope of HiStaff System is a system that was developed with the aim to improve the existing ICRIS System so that the reporting of the activities of the UPM Industrial and Community Network (JINM) is more structured, simple, and user-friendly.

Reporting of active JINM activities in the current year of achievement needs to be entered into the JINM Scope of HiStaff System to be fully processed for further action by the Head of PTJ.

This system consists of four (4) modules namely:

• JINM Activity Dashboard
• JINM Project Status JINM Scope Promotion
• Industry Activity Reporting Module
• Community Activity Reporting Module
• JINM Recognition Module

Reporting in HiStaf System

Reporting for industry networks is quarterly:

• First Quarter: Mac
• Second Quarter: June
• Third Quarter: September
• Fourth Quarter: December

Report Submission

The reporting of all JINM activity needs to fully utilize the JINM Scope of HiStaf System which can be accessed via the following URL:
