MALAYSIAN FOOD HERITAGE TO THE WORLD – PARIS , OCTOBER 2018
Shahrim will be promoting Malaysian Heritage Food to the world at the SIAL Paris 2018, the world’s largest food innovation exhibition from October 21 to October 25, 2018. He will be showcasing Malaysia authentic recipes such as Roti Jala, Char Kowy Teow, Fried Noodles, and a few other dishes. This is part of his Malaysian Food Heritage world tour to Europe, Americas, Africa, and Middle East.
