STRENGTHENING IN THE INVESTIGATION AND PREPARATION OF FOOD POISONING REPORTS AT THE SELANGOR STATE LEVEL

Wednesday, 24 April 2024 - Prof. Associate Professor Ahmad Faizal Abdul Raziss and Dr. Noor Azira Abdul Mutalib was invited by the Food Safety and Quality Division, Selangor State Health Department as a guest speaker in the Strengthening in the Investigation and Preparation of Food Poisoning Reports meeting at the Selangor State Level. The lecture titles that have been shared are Microbial Contamination in Food: Current Updates, Pathogenesis and Insights into Food Poisoning and Chemical Contaminants in Food: Challenges for Sustainable Food Production. 

This program was conducted on 24 April 2024 at the Perdana Meeting Room, TTDI Building, Shah Alam and was attended by 65 BKKM officers from all over the State of Selangor, especially those involved in food sampling analysis.
