31 July 2024, Wednesday - We're buzzing with excitement to share that we’ve just wrapped up shooting a fantastic promotional video for our amazing teaching pilot plant! This video showcases the incredible facilities and innovative technology our students get to use, including our High-Pressure Processing (HPP) system and a complete juice and puree line, giving them the hands-on experience they need to thrive in the food industry.

We were also delighted to have Dr. Carole Tonello Samson from Hiperbaric, Spain, join us for the video shoot. Dr. Carole is one of the plenary speakers and pre-conference workshop speakers for the upcoming International Food Research Conference (IFRC) 2024, happening from August 6-8, 2024, at the Palm Garden Hotel, Putrajaya, Malaysia.
