NUTRITION & FUNCTIONAL FOOD COURSE

15-17 NOVEMBER 2023 - The "Nutrition & Functional Food Course" has been held under the auspices of the Food Science Department in collaboration with TDC HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. This 3-day course session was held at BKS1, Food 5, Faculty of Food Science and Technology (FSTM) and the last day at L'apprenti Restaurant & Deli, Food 6. This course was attended by 35 participants from various backgrounds and places. This course has been conducted from November 15, 2023, which is Wednesday, until November 17, 22, 2023, Friday.

 

In addition, this course contains 7 sessions with different topics delivered by different speakers. The speakers involved in giving this course is Dr. Muhammad Hafiz bin Abd Rahim, Prof. Dr. Azizah bt Hj. Hamid, Dr. Nurul Shazini bt Ramli, Prof. Dr. Faridah bt Abas, representative of the Food Safety and Quality Division (BKKM) and Dr. Ahmad Hanif bin Jaafar.
