CLIENTS CHARTER

For your information, the development and monitoring of the Faculty Client Charter are subject to the requirements and guidelines established by the Division of Admission and Division of Academic Governance, School of Graduate Studies, and the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation).

The Faculty’s role is to provide links to the respective Responsible Centres (Pusat Tanggungjawab) to facilitate easy access to and reference of the relevant information.
